Job Summary
This role involves leading strategic initiatives and managing projects focused on Channel Service Delivery, B2B Partner integration, and transactional process transformation. The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader capable of handling complex projects, engaging diverse stakeholders, and delivering innovative solutions aligned with our business goals.
Responsibilities
• Oversee the B2B integration program, coordinating with IT teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding and timely issue resolution.
• Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent Channel Service Delivery and Integration projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
• Align program objectives with the organization’s overall business goals and technology strategy.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Act as the primary liaison between business leaders, IT teams, and external partners.
• Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Communicate program status, risks, and issues effectively to all stakeholders.
• Implement solutions that enhance service delivery and customer experience.
• Foster strong relationships to ensure stakeholder needs are met and expectations are managed.
• Promote a collaborative and high-performance team environment
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, QA testers, and external vendors.
• Champion a culture of innovation, continuously seeking opportunities to improve service delivery through emerging technologies.
