Role Summary
This role will support the CEO of the Swap Dealer in driving change initiatives and new business ventures for the Swap Dealer, with responsibilities including clearly defining delivery plans and targets to enable effective growth, and integrating expansion opportunities as they arise.
This role will play a crucial part in establishing frameworks and controls for the Swap Dealer business, as well as driving improvements in both existing and new processes.
This position will be instrumental in building the operational infrastructure necessary to support the sustainable growth of the business.
Acting as a liaison between the Swap Dealer business and the Control & Support functions of the broader group, the Business Manager will serve as a key contact and go-to person.

Prior cryptocurrency experience is not required; however, a general curiosity and desire to learn are a must.
This is a full-time position with an expected annual compensation of $224,000 - $294,000. The actual compensation for a successful candidate may vary based on factors such as skill set, relevant experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors. This position also offers other forms of compensation and benefits consisting of overtime compensation (when applicable), relocation assistance (if applicable), performance-linked bonus, paid time off (including sick time) benefits, paid Company holidays, participation in the Company’s equity and 401k retirement plan, competitive employee health, dental, and vision benefits each subject to the terms and conditions of the governing plan documents and Company policies.
