This role is responsible for process indexing with utmost attention to quality and quantity, and process simple to complex work which includes Licensing work and Rep Maintenance
Position Responsibilities:
Process and capture information to system according to established methods and procedures
Practice good judgment in processing cases
Perform thorough checking for every case and eliminate financial errors
Suggest ways on how to improve the current process and team metrics
Such other duties and functions as assigned by Operation Management
Required Qualifications:
College Graduate in any field
Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
Knowledge of Streetscape, BPM, LARS and Licensing Process is an advantage
Good verbal and written English communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to pay close attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
Fast Learner and can work with minimum supervision
Strong organizational skills
Good attendance record
