About the Role

参与新产品开发，结合监管要求、公司风险政策等，确定合理的理赔规则；
通过业务分析进行理赔风险评估，确保风险暴露在公司预期范围内。

Roles and Responsibilities:

个险业务理赔管理（80%）

• 按照公司管理方向，协助主管进行个险理赔的整体绩效管理风险管理
• 优化和维护理赔规则、流程和系统优化、参与创新项目
• 参与新产品研发，根据产品特性、条款等，制定理赔规则及开发需求研讨，以符合公司风险管理、合规、反洗钱和相关法规的要求
• 审批和处理超分公司/运营共享中心权限案件、复杂投诉的特殊案件
• 协助监控医疗理赔KPI、形成医疗理赔报告，分析理赔趋势和数据
• 为分公司/运营共享中心提供理赔技术培训，根据需要并为大健康团队等相关部门提供技术支持/培训

其他理赔相关职能（20%）

• 参与理赔相关的项目，以提高理赔效率等
• 解读监管政策规定、关注市场动态及理赔进展，参与理赔规则的调整或更新

Job Requirements:

• 大学本科或以上，医学、法律背景优先
• 5年以上理赔及相关工作经验，有项目管理经验优先
• 熟练使用办公室软件如Word、Excel、PowerPoint
• 较强的沟通协调能力，独立分析、解决问题的能力
• 敢于创新和突破，有创造性思维以及持续自我学习能力, 学习新工具与新技术并快速应用在实际工作中
• 流利通畅的中英文交流及书写能力
• 具备FLMI资格者优先
