Pharmacy Intern – Per Diem

Here you will experience the latest practices and technologies, while playing a key role on the pharmacy team. This is a pharmacy internship unlike any other. As a pharmacy intern, you will compound and dispense pharmaceuticals and be involved with many different aspects in the medication management process necessary for the safe and appropriate use by the patients, in accordance with established policies and procedures and under the direct supervision of a Pharmacist.

This position will be rotating day shift and working weekends.

Preferred Criteria:

• 6 months pharmacy experience

• Pharmacy student graduating in 2027 or later

Required Criteria:

• Enrolled in an accredited School of Pharmacy

• New York State Pharmacy Intern Permit

Please note that all roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP.
