THE WORK:
You will work closely with our clients as consulting professionals who design, build, and implement initiatives that can help enhance business performance. As part of the team, you will drive the following:
Gather business requirements, design process & define implementation strategy for leading marketing automation platforms preferably Salesforce
Experience working on developing business case for campaign strategies, technology solutions
Ability to conduct fit gap analysis and map platform capabilities to business requirements
Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, target audience and help achieve marketing objectives. Identify opportunities for leveraging marketing platforms to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Strong expertise across the end-to-end marketing lifecycle, with the ability to analyze data, and recommend improvements to optimize campaign performance.
We are delivering our work mostly remotely but knowing that Global Network Song (GN Song) way of working is also based on traveling and serving advisory, typically working closely with our Clients in their offices, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
5+ years of overall experience in understanding and working with marketing campaigns.
Knowledge and/or experience with SFMC Engagement, SFMC Account Engagement, Data Cloud, Personalization and/or Salesforce Loyalty.
Solid consulting and techno-functional skills (experience at the intersection of business and technology is preferred).
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with proven ability to use insights to drive decisions and optimize outcomes.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to design efficient processes that elevate team performance and drive results.

Strong understanding of how digital channels work together to create cohesive, personalized customer journeys, rather than focusing on a single channel.
Experience managing digital campaigns for large, complex clients, with proficiency in measurement and marketing operations using insights to optimize campaigns and marketing strategies for better outcomes.
