To thrive in this role, you must:

  • Possess stellar phone skills, spreading joy with outstanding customer service.
  • Have strong interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills.
  • Be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus but not required.
  • Animal industry experience a major plus, but it's not a requirement.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
