  • Co-operate with GSSC (Global Share Service Center) on monthly closing on Fixed Assets booking and depreciation calculation
  • Prepare monthly report for CIP/Fixed Assets aging, variance analysis vs budget and commentary
  • Fixed Assets physical management. Including tag labelling, Vendor tooling management and Annually Physical Count.
  • Monthly Capital spending / Depreciation forecast and communication with Operation and Engineering on each project progress
  • FAR (Fixed Assets Request) supports for Fixed Assets application, IO (internal order) applying
  • Assets transfer, Disposal process management
  • Co-operate with GSS on monthly closing on AP related such as invoice scanning, VAT reconciliation to tax balance, unvouchered AP and AP aging management
  • Forecast related PPV, PPV FX, AP balance, Assets depreciation
  • Month end closing support on AP include closing meetings, third party GIT preparation etc.
  • Daily indirect expense Master data and price maintenance as needs
  • Support on banking include new employee open bank card, payroll etc.
  • Weekly production report analysis to operation team
  • Annual finance audit related AP and Fixed Assets documents preparation
  • Monthly vouchers filing, record retention
