Outbound Manager will drive the production and growth of MCCO’s outbound sales teams. Driving efficiencies and quality to maintain acceptable guest generation costs and high VPGs. Helping MCCO reach our Blue Thread goals through Cat 2 production.

How You'll Shine

-Drive production volume and efficiencies to meet our tour and cost obligations

-Maintain staff levels appropriate to handle campaigns efficiently.

-Partner with Training/Academy to ensure we have the best outcomes

-Drive engagement in our WFH model

-Grow the program

- Monitor sales and tour generation results and fine tune offers and process to

maximize results

- Ensure we maintain acceptable quality levels and partner with QA team·

- Design and develop effective presentations using PowerPoint and other

software

- Validate dialing strategies and ensure we have lead penetration and acceptable contact rates

- Offer management including offer creation, submissions and all internal processes

- Customer service and issue resolution for customers and partners

What You'll Bring:

- A proven track record of developing strong, mutually beneficial relationships with external business partners

- Must be detail oriented and able to develop and understand financial and program analysis

- Must be able to deliver presentations effectively in front of small and large groups

- Professional presentation and ability to effectively interact with partners and internal associates at all levels

- Positive attitude, motivated, outgoing, well spoken

- Ability to adapt to changing business needs

- Trustworthy and dependable

-Strong time management skills, disciplined

- Ability to work within a team

- A minimum of 5 years experience in call center management leading supervisors.
