We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Inbound Customer Support Analyst. As a key member of our customer support team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for our clients. The ideal candidate will bring deeper level of expertise in handling complex customer inquiries, providing advanced support, and possibly serving as a subject matter expert within the customer service team.

As an Inbound Customer Support Analyst in our Order to Cash (OTC) team you will work closely with our customers in UK & Ireland to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

What you will do

  • Provide prompt, courteous, and effective customer support through various channels such as phone and email
  • Collaborate with other departments to address complex customer issues
  • Logging disputes, advising customers on their account status, invoices, outstanding debt or credit, and payment terms
  • Assist in the training and mentoring of junior team members
  • Become a subject matter expert in specific products, services, or customer segments.
  • Share knowledge and best practices to enhance the team's overall performance
  • Collaborate with team leads and managers to implement changes
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints that require a higher level of expertise.
  • Relay customer feedback to the relevant teams to contribute to continuous improvement
     

What we look for

Required:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • A proactive and positive attitude towards customer interactions
  • Willing to develop and learn new skills
  • Experience customer facing roles such as customer service, helpdesk, call center or sales
  • Negotiation skills, collaborative, team player, customer and result oriented
  • Able to self-manage, with strong organisational skills

Preferred:

2 or more years in customer facing roles such as customer service, helpdesk, call center or sales.

The gross monthly salary for this position starts from 1450 EUR per month, plus a monthly bonus that starts after your first 6 months. Please note this is a minimum salary and our compensation packages are based on your professional experience and qualifications.
