Overview:                  

Assembly & Test organization is looking for a finance analyst to support A&T / Subcon Consolidation and Reporting requires a highly talented individual who can keep pace in a dynamic environment while supporting varied initiatives and drive efficiency. Will report into Central controller – A&T / Subcon operations.

High-level description of key areas of responsibility:

•     Consolidate inputs from A&T factories to provide a global, comprehensive view and latest view, quarterly forecast and annual long-term plan

  • Support CPP reporting for factories to zoom in cost control area
  • Monitor A&T Capex spend, budget control and compliance
  • Consolidate A&T KPIs against financial commitments
  • Key business partner collaborates across NXP organizations and functions to support and cost improvement
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis on various scenarios to optimize decision making
  • Support automate solution to support new and changing business requirements

Qualifications:

•     Bachelor’s degree or above with Major in Accounting, professional certification

•     5 years solid experience in accounting and cost management preferably in semiconductor

•     Manufacturing industry and costing exposure is highly essential

•     Advanced financial modeling skills

•     Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize/manage multiple tasks

•     Team-oriented and willing to help others
