Responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on a wide range of equipment; responding to technical service requests; installing, calibrating, and testing machinery; maintaining detailed service records; managing spare parts inventory; collaborating with engineering and other departments to improve equipment performance; and ensuring all systems are properly configured and fully functional before handover, while also coordinating with vendors or management on complex technical issues.

Job Description:

• Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on all equipment.
  • Respond to technical service requests in a timely manner.
  • Repair or replace faulty equipment and parts.
  • Maintain detailed records of all service activities, including repairs, parts used, and time spent.
  • Provide support to other departments with technical expertise.
  • Manage inventory of spare parts and tools.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize equipment performance.
     
• Required Qualifications and Skills:
  • A degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar service/maintenance role.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge in design and programming for PLC and HMI. 
  • Familiarity with maintenance software and technical documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Experience with remote support tools, data logging, or IoT-enabled dosing systems.
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance (HACCP&GMP for Feed mill, CCP point).
  • Knowledge of feed mill's processing, steam, and heat transfer.
