The Treasury Sr Analyst will be responsible for set up and analyze the LATAM Cash Flows Forecasts (US$ 5 Billion) process by:

  • Consolidating the cash flow of all LATAM countries with the information obtained from the areas involved in the Treasury Cycle (AP and AR) in a daily basis, multicurrency (all LATAM currencies) with a scope of 3 months efficiently managing and planning the financial resources of the company. Ensuring a quarterly, monthly and daily cash flow rolling forecast accuracy.
  • Providing the complete and timely information to Local Treasurers, Treasury Manager South America and to Treasury Sr. Manager in order to ensure the obligations assumed by the company on the established dates of AP, without any delay.
  • Being a reliable information provider of the cash level forecasting for Local Treasurers, LATAM Cash Leader, Treasury Manager South America and Treasury Sr. Manager, in order to inform timely about any FX trading requirement to comply with the funding requirements in the appropriate currency.
  • Through a deeply knowledge of the countries operation, investigate all the local operational expenses and anticipate to any exceptional payment or money collection on LATAM accounts to include it in a timely manner in the cash flow forecast.
  • Contribute to meet the corporate objectives with the goal of reducing financial costs, avoiding any delay in cash funding and supporting with a high quality information to finance people. 
  • Monitor payments and collections deviations, and request for feedback to AP or AR in order to actualice the cash flow forecast.
  • Consolidate, prepare, coordinate and conduct the Regional Cash Councils observing and anticipating to any lack of cash, with a timely analysis, based in the comments and information of all the Departments involved in the In and Out Flows and serving as the main bridge between the Treasury Sr. Manager, Treasury Manager South America, Local Treasuries, AP and AR to maintain the continuous accuracy of the LATAM Cash Flows Forecasts.
  • Prepare all Treasury Reports for the Local Treasurers, SSC Treasury Manager South America, SSC Treasury Sr. Manager, Finance Directions and Corporate Treasury.

Qualified candidates will have:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, Business Management, and/or significant (minimum 3 years) experience in cash management of regional or country treasuries.
  • Demonstrated 5 year experience in cash management or cash flow forecast preparing with an effectiveness level of accuracy, as well as demonstrate interpersonal skills necessary to interact effectively with local treasurers, piers and managers.
  • Deeply knowledge of the business in finance planning, AP, AR or Treasury, in order to face the challenge of being responsible for forecast and handle a multiregional and multicurrency cash flow of US$5 Billion (total in and out cash of LATAM).   
  • Demonstrated high intuitive skills to anticipate any significant deviation and ask for information with the appropriate opportunity to maneuver and face any cash situation effectively. 
  • Proficiency in the use of computers, Excel and other business applications.
  • Possess excellent listening and customer service skills.
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) and Brazilian Portuguese preferably.
