Job summary : As ID1 PWE lead (process weak point enhancement), you are responsible for hiring talent to form a PWE team including Periphery, BEOL, edge of array and scribe. This position’s responsibility for study the historic process quality issue and design the DOE to stress out the process weak point in early phase such like low-K cracking, pitch walk out and some unique defect from new processes. You will cooperate and coordinate with central team, other fabs, TD, quality team, design team to implement the best in class known methods and BKM to ID1. 

Responsibility :

Drive process weak point data collection, characterization, DOE study, design and analysis.
Documentation of new design weak point issue and co-work with TD, HVM, central team to update the design rule, NUDD.
Development new methodology to characterize process weak point.

Minimum Qualifications/Requirement:

Senior level (7+ years) experience in the semiconductor industry in the areas of Process Integration, Module Process,  Yield Enhancement, Quality, Product Engineering, Design.
Previous experience in DRAM is preferred including TD, HVM, and transfer team. Other memory technology or logic/foundry experience will be considered.
Possess a deep understanding of the DRAM process flow.
Demonstrated experience overseeing an engineering team (5+ direct reports)
Success in resolving sophisticated issues.
