Join our team at Terex Jaques and embark on an exciting opportunity as we seek a skilled and motivated Parts Interpreter to contribute to the North-Eastern Branch.

As a Parts Interpreter at Terex Jaques, based in Eagle Farm QLD, you will play a pivotal role in providing our customers with exceptional service and parts support to assist the Parts & Branch managers in growing our customer base.

What you’ll do

• Assist customers with identifying the correct parts and ensure that all enquiries are dealt with in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepare quotes, sales orders, and other documentation, ensuring prompt and accurate delivery of parts.
• Ensure customers are kept informed of any changes to the promised delivery date.
• Follow up on quotations with customers to further promote parts sales and note special interests.
• Monitor and updated the administrative systems including, monitoring Pronto and other reports.
• Liaise and assist the onsite Storeperson and other branches to ensure all orders are dispatched in a timely manner.

What you’ll bring

• Experience in Pronto and MS suite is desirable.
• Knowledge of parts warehouse operations and freight processes is desirable.
• Experience in export processes would be beneficial.
• A willingness to learn and grow into the role.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, both internally and externally.
• Confident problem solving and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise deadlines.
• Current forklift license and/or overhead gantry crane ticket is advantageous.
