Job Description​

Saint Luke’s Release of Information department is seeking a Release of Information Customer Care Representative to join our team. You will work to ensure patient confidentiality in all instances, while maintaining a pleasant and professional appearance and conduct. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible and accountable for timely and accurate release of patient medical information in accordance with regulatory requirements SLHS policies and procedures and federal and state statutes

  • Proper documentation and tracking of requests for information

  • Providing personalized customer service to all requestors.

  • Work requires the use of critical thinking skills as well as organizational skills. High volume work load in a fastpaced environment. Works independently with minimal direction.

Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
