As Events Planning Intern, together with your colleagues, you will play an integral part in supporting & planning events for our employees and customers.

What You Will Do:
- You will develop and oversee marketing events (e.g. trade shows, conventions, sales meetings) for internal and external customers including the use of virtual event platform tools.
- You will coordinate customer invitations, facilitate on-site registration and post-event follow-up and evaluations.
- You will liaise with all the major functions of the business such as Business units, Compliance, Finance and more to achieve key activities on a local, European and / or cross-divisional level.
- You will be involved in a detailed review of all processes, procedures, methods and tools to determine adequacy to meet the current requirements for the events planning service.
- You will assist in maintaining a culture of continuous improvement of service provided to our customers.
Requirements
- You are enrolled at a European university in a bachelor's degree, or master’s degree program.
- Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken (Dutch is a bonus).
- NOTE: EU working rights are required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- You have experience/high interest in event management or a similar customer focused role, preferably in a multinational corporate environment.
- You have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills and the ability to take a proactive approach to work.
- You are used to working under pressure and to deadlines and show initiative and self-motivation.
- You genuinely care about doing a great job.
