The opportunity
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Marketing Coordinator will be marketing budget coordinator, risk champion, meeting support, and administrative work
Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage the marketing budget, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial guidelines
Act as the primary point of contact for risk management within the marketing department, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Provide administrative and logistical support for leaders’ marketing meetings, including scheduling, preparing materials, and documenting meeting outcomes
Conduct online research to gather market intelligence, competitive analysis, and consumer insights to support marketing strategies and campaigns
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to plan, organize, and execute corporate social responsibility (CSR) and community involvement events
Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including tracking and reporting on campaign performance metrics
Assist in the creation and maintenance of marketing materials, such as presentations, reports, and sales collateral
Manage and maintain marketing databases and contact lists, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations
Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the department

What we are looking for?
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration.
At least 5 years experiences at the same position
Proven experience in marketing coordination, administrative support, or related roles
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in using MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
Knowledge of marketing principles, market research techniques, and digital marketing platforms
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also contributing to a team-oriented environment
