Order management includes product processing, customer quotes, and information management to streamline workflows. Activities include helping clients with order quoting, order processing, order fulfilment, order review, order entry, order dispatch & support, order payment, etc. This role is expected to coordinate with internal teams to enhances customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness. At the professional level (P), this role will report on sales trends and customer feedback to help inform strategic decisions. Attention to detail and process optimization drive success. This role may also focus on ensuring efficiency of the function in regards to processing efficiency and compliance.
