Job Description:

As a result of the dynamic growth of our organization, we are currently looking for candidates for the position of Tender Project SCM. The selected candidate will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, and developing suppliers, as well as managing the purchasing process.

Hybrid work model

• Location: Warsaw (Kraków)

How you’ll make an impact:

• Identify and onboard new suppliers and contractors.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies.
• Manage and maintain supplier relationships.
• Participate in RFQ (Request for Quotation) processes.
• Analyze bids to determine best value offers.
• Negotiate commercial terms and conditions with main contractors.
• Lead contract preparation, review, and signing contracts.
• Manage the end-to-end purchasing process.
• Oversight of the entire project from an SCM perspective.
• Monitor supplier performance, manage risks, and support continuous improvement.

Your background

• Higher education degree (university level).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Good command of Polish and English for international communication.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strategic and analytical mindset.
• Leadership-oriented approach.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multinational environment, with good MS Office skills and a valid Category B driving license.
