Clinical Trial Administrator (CTA)

Join Fortrea (sponsor-dedicated) and play a key role in the successful delivery of global clinical trials by providing essential operational and administrative support to study teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the coordination and tracking of clinical trial activities and documentation.
  • Maintain Trial Master File (TMF) documentation and study tracking systems.
  • Coordinate study materials, supplies, and shipment logistics.
  • Assist with Investigator Meetings and project-related communications.
  • Collaborate with study teams, investigative sites, sponsors, and vendors.
  • Prepare reports and ensure accurate study records and data management.
  • Provide overall administrative support to clinical project teams.

What We're Looking For

  • Associate degree or equivalent qualification, or relevant clinical research experience.
  • Previous administrative experience or exposure to the clinical research, pharmaceutical, or CRO industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrix environment.

Experience (Minimum Required):

  • Minimum one (I) year administrative experience or equivalent training.
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Aptitude for handling and proof-reading numerical data, some spreadsheet software competency.
