Point72’s Operations team supports all operational aspects of trade processing, reconciliation, financing, and reporting firmwide for all products, including equities, derivatives, bonds, foreign exchange and futures, and digital assets across global markets.

 

ABOUT THE OPERATIONS INTERNSHIP

During the 13-week program based in our Warsaw Office, you will gain exposure to:
• Multiple functions within Trade Support and P&L Reconciliation teams
• A fast-paced, competitive environment and exposure to industry best practices
• Finance professionals dedicated to investing in your success
• Opportunities to interact with senior-level professionals

 

SUMMER INTERNSHIP PROGRAM AT POINT72

In addition to the learning and development you’ll receive in your day-to-day role with your team, as a part of our summer internship program you will:

• Work alongside your fellow interns and be mentored by experienced professionals
• Meet your peers through designated intern programming, volunteer opportunities, and social events
• Attend sessions with senior leaders discussing their expertise and career paths
• Get hands-on access to best-in-class tools and resources
• Gain exposure to groups and functions with unique responsibilities and perspectives on our industry
• Develop technical, writing, and presentation skills

 

What’s REQUIRED

• A bachelor’s degree (or expected completion in 2026)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong analytical, writing, verbal communication, and technical skills
• Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with all levels of the team
• Ability to act with professionalism and integrity
• Commitment to the highest ethical standards
