What is this role? 

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of maintenance technicians to ensure all production equipment, utilities, and facility systems operate safely, efficiently, and reliably. This role is hands-on and heavily focused on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and driving continuous improvement to support our high-growth manufacturing operations. The Maintenance Supervisor plays a key role in minimizing downtime, ensuring product quality, and creating a safe and collaborative work environment. The Maintenance Supervisor also works closely with the plant based engineering team, contributing to any new projects and bringing up recurring issues experienced on the floor.

What background should you have? 

• 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, food & beverage, or industrial environment
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills; experience with PLCs and automation systems a plus
• Demonstrated experience of working alongside technicians, engineers, department managers, and senior leadership when relaying information to make sure it is clearly understood. 
• Solid understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
