Summary

Smarsh is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel with 5+ years of experience to join our growing legal team. The Senior Corporate Counsel will have a key role negotiating transactions for the company. The qualified candidate will have knowledge of the enterprise software industry and the experience to engage internally with Legal, Information Security, Sales, and Finance and externally with prospective customers and vendors on company agreements, customer agreements, and vendor agreements.
