Job Summary:
Supervise daily cash handling operations to ensure accuracy, security, and compliance with company policies. Led and supported the cash team, monitored transactions, reconciled daily sales, resolved discrepancies, and prepared reports. Ensured strong internal controls while maintaining efficient operations and high standards of service.
This role requires strong leadership and a strategic mindset needed to transform and harmonize the Cash Management functions across RELX divisions.
Job Responsibilities:
Global Leadership & Process Ownership
Lead a high‑performing global Cash Management team across RELX divisions.
Harmonize Cash Management teams into a unified global operating model with consistent roles and processes.
Process Governance & Standardization
Define global Cash Management policies, accounting guidelines, and control frameworks.
Oracle Fusion Enablement
Maximize Oracle Fusion Cash Management module capabilities to drive automation and accuracy.
Cross-Functional Integration
Collaborate with R2R, P2P, AR, IC, Tax and business units to ensure seamless Cash Management integration.
Serve as the escalation point for complex Cash Management issues.
Performance Management & Analytics
Monitor and analyze operational and financial performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and management reports
Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance trends to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
Ensure data accuracy and consistency through regular validation and reconciliation of reports
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align performance metrics with business objectives
Change Management & Transformation
Lead global change activities to ensure standardization, training, and adoption of Cash Management processes.
Drive continuous improvement and maintain alignment with RELX’s finance transformation roadmap.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities for automation, RPA, AI-driven asset insights, and process simplification.
Benchmark against industry best practices to evolve Cash Management toward world‑class standard
Qualifications:
Must have degree in Accounting, CPA is preferred.
Must have 3-5 years’ work experience.
Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
Good English communication skills required.
Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.
Must be in current role for the last 12 months
No disciplinary action for the last 12 months
No attendance, behavioral or performance issues for the last 12 months
