We have an opportunity for Production Technician to join our Louisville KY team. You will be responsible for supporting production operations and knowing all procedures for each line within the Louisville, KY facility. This position will work to improve safety, quality, and production within the facility. 

You will:

• This is an experienced and skilled position that must learn all procedures for each line and be a leader to their peers.
• Must have at least 3 years of prior manufacturing experience, quality experience, and lead experience preferred.
• Perform production duties related to the construction of manufactured industrial sized filters and training our employees.
• Maintain clean work area and equipment and ability to follow standard work process. 
• Must be able to read a tape measure to the 32nd. 
• Carry out quality and testing checks using calipers, gauges, and other measuring devices.
• Banding, gasketing, gluing, potting, cutting cores, seaming, and packaging products. 
• Must be willing to work with other employees in a team environment and adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies. 

Key Qualifications:

• Physical requirements are standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting, and lowering weights up to 50 pounds
• Safety toed shoes are required on the distribution floor.

Position hours/shift: 

• 1st shift: 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday 
• OT/Weekends when needed

Compensation:

The hourly pay for this role is: $18.00/hr. Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training. Actual pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, and experience.
