How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead and execute continuous improvement initiatives across factory and HUB operations

• Develop and refine process maps to support our SAP upgrade journey

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process enhancements

• Troubleshoot complex business challenges and recommend innovative solutions

• Document business requirements and align enhancements with strategic goals

• Coordinate and lead internal testing efforts with business champions

• Build and maintain a network of factory champions to support training and development

• Participate in HUB virtual teams, leading and supporting key projects

• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering—or 10+ years of relevant manufacturing experience

• 5+ years of experience in business process improvement or project management

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives

• Experience with ERP systems and value stream mapping is a plus

• Willingness to travel domestically 10–30% and engage in regular team collaboration
