Seneca Holdings has an immediate opening for a talented Manager of Internal Communications (IC) with extensive experience in employee communications and a proven track record of effective delivery of integrated, multi-channel internal communications programs and campaigns. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Marketing & Communications, the Manager of IC will be responsible for the development, implementation, and management of the organization’s internal communications activities that inform and engage employees. They will deliver dynamic written and visual communications for a variety of internal audiences and channels that support Seneca Holdings’ mission, values, strategy, and culture. In addition, they will also manage corporate and employee engagement events.
