Production Engineer

Location: Corlu (Onsite)

Reporting Line: Production Manager

We are looking for engineers to manage our production teams in line with our Company mission & vision to be employed in our factory located in Corlu / Tekirdag.

 About the position

• Efficiently allocate equipment, personnel, materials, and systems to meet shift performance targets.
• Train, plan, assign, and direct work; conduct performance appraisals; address complaints and resolve problems.
• Coach and mentor team members for current and future needs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, promote health and safety, and support EHS and Quality initiatives.
• Maintain productivity during off-shifts by resolving issues, monitoring performance, and coordinating with other departments.
• Accurately document hours worked and manage timekeeping records using the Dayforce System.
• Relay site targets and goals from Management to shift crews clearly and consistently.
• Identify root causes of Safety, Quality, and environmental incidents using Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

So, what does it take to be successful in this role? 

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Chemical/ Food Engineering
• 2-3 years experience in food manufacturing/operational environments is a plus
• Knowledge of plant-based food (Oils & Fats, Spreads, Margarine) is a plus.
• Analytical, open-minded, team player, and good communication skills
• Experience in lean, CI, or Six Sigma is preferred but not necessary.
• Results-oriented attitude; get things done in a fast-paced environment
• Extreme proficiency in analytical tools (e.g., Excel, SAP) and can quickly troubleshoot data issues.
• Fluent in English
• Willing to reside at Corlu / Tekirdağ
