Job Summary:
The Information Technology Entry Analyst is an entry-level position ideal for recent graduates or individuals transitioning into the IT field. This role involves supporting the IT department by assisting with the maintenance of computer systems, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical support to users. The analyst is expected to collaborate with team members, learn from senior professionals, and contribute to the smooth operation of IT services within the organization.
Responsibilities:
System Analysis and Maintenance
• Identify and troubleshoot system issues
• Perform regular maintenance and updates
• Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvement
User Support
• Respond to user inquiries and technical support requests
• Provide training and guidance on system usage
• Assist with user onboarding and offboarding processes
Data Management
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy

Qualifications:
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field with at least 0-3 years experience or equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts.
• Strong skills in programming languages such as C#, DOT NET Core, Python.
• Several years of experience in software development, including familiarity with the full software development lifecycle.
• Basic understandings of ML Frameworks: TensorFlow or PyTorch or Scikit-learn
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and database management.• Basic frontend skills with JavaScript and React.
• 0-3 years hands-on with Azure Function Apps, Key Vault, Managed Identity, and Service Bus.• In-depth knowledge of database design and management with systems like SQL Server.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex software issues.• Experience leading or mentoring junior developers and collaborating with cross functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of project management principles and experience with methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or Kanban.
