Job Description

Join the Vietnam Recruitment Team surrounded by a team of Talent Partners. You will support on the Vietnam Talent Strategy by building a pipeline of qualified candidates, both in support of active vacancies as well as proactively to meet the business need.

• In charge of end to end recruitment for Factory's vacancies.
• Manage employer branding/ recruitment marketing activities of Factory Workers 
• Build strong partnerships with HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers, and Internal and External Candidates.

Requirements

What You’ll Need To Succeed:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 1 to 2 years of full cycle recruiting experience for Factory roles.
• Experienced in using ATS system (Workday).
• Excellent English skill 
• Hungry to growth and fast learner. good at communication skill
