About the Job

The Global Order Operations Analyst, Marketplace plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient execution of marketplace operations across B2C digital channels. In addition, this role owns the end-to-end products onboarding for marketplace, as well as coordinating the logistics setup across internal systems and external integration platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Logistics Coordination

  • Support marketplace partners throughout the full order to delivery process‑to‑delivery process.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for delivery coordination, shipment updates, and issue resolution.
  • Ensure marketplace operational standards and SLAs (e.g., ZFS, FBA) are understood and met.
  • Work with planning teams to create, validate, and execute shipments.
  • Coordinate deliveries to warehouses, distribution centers, and fulfillment hubs.
  • Align priorities and data across planning, logistics, and commercial teams.

Marketplace Fulfillment Support

  • Support fulfillment processes for key marketplace channels (Zalando ZFS, Amazon FBA, 3P models).
  • Ensure timely and accurate inventory flow to enable order fulfillment.
  • Resolve fulfillment issues affecting marketplace KPIs.
  • Work across ERP systems, PIM tools, marketplace portals, and logistics systems.
  • Proactively manage shipment delays, exceptions, and delivery problems.

Partner & Channel Onboarding

  • Lead the full onboarding process for marketplace partners.
  • Coordinate data feed setup between internal PIM systems and external integration tools (Rithum, Tradebyte, Mirakl).
  • Validate product data flows, assortment mapping, and channel readiness before go live and during seasonal updates.‑live and during seasonal updates.
  • Ensure proper stock allocation and availability aligned with planning.
  • Verify that product content meets both internal standards and marketplace requirements.
  • Resolve data gaps and improve product data consistency.
  • Document processes and contribute to continuous improvement.

About You

  • 1-2 years in a corporate environment required; apparel industry preferred. Order Management/Cash Collection experience preferred. 
  • 2-5 years’ experience with SAP or similar ERP order management system preferred.
  • Experience in operations, logistics, marketplace operations, or wholesale support within a corporate environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in managing onboarding processes and system integrations (PIM, marketplace integrators) would be a plus
  • Familiarity with integration platforms such as Rithum, Tradebyte, and Mirakl is a strong advantage

This is a hybrid position based in our Warsaw office. You will be expected to be in the office three days per week, though time in office may vary depending on business needs.

The expected starting salary range for this role is PLN 96,000 – PLN 127,900 per year. The amount a employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance, and our needs.
