About our practice

When you come to Corewell Health Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, and Pediatrics in Holland, you are getting comprehensive care with a multidisciplinary approach. Our experts have more exposure to advanced, complex care cases as well as routine procedures. We offer a wide variety of services, including office visit consultation with a specialist, disease-specific, multi-specialty team clinics, and both outpatient and inpatient procedures.

Corewell Health Internal Medicine, Family Medicine and Pediatrics is a busy practice with nine physicians and nine APPs. There can be 150+ patients seen in a day! There is a Supervisor on site with oversight of the clinical team, supporting the Practice Manager. In addition, the Practice Manager has a team of nine which includes RNs, MAs and PSRs. With the Director of Operations, the Practice Manager works to ensure efficient operation of the practice to include oversight of the Clinic’s culture and environment, policy and procedure, workflow, and provider relations.

Scope of work

Responsible for the structure and daily operation of assigned physician practice site(s), managing and collaborating with the staff, providers and other departments and professionals. Manages the efficient and productive operations of the site with a focus on quality and customer service.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent in business, management or other related area Required.
  • 2+ years of related health care / medical practice or related work experience Required.
  • 1+ year of supervisory or management experience Preferred.
