[Major responsabilités] :

Group-reporting / SME on Fixed Asset/Payroll accounting                       

  • To maintain the local entities COA(chart of accounts) & mapping tables and ensure the compliance with Otis WHQ policy and instructions                                      
  • To be Local SME for accounting processes and treatment for the following areas (subject to change and not limited to ) and work with Business owners and GBS(Global Business Service) for the accurate recording and reporting :                                            

 Payroll                                    

Fixed Asset / Lease                              

 Intercompany accounts                     

Investment / Equity accounts            

  • To assist the month-end closing coordination among business users, local finance, and GBS  according to WHQ guidance/instructions                                  
  • To perform the consolidation of OEK subsidiaries reports                                      
  • To identify B/S reconciliation issues and implement/track the resolution to the issues in order to maintain accurate financial records                                            
  • To support the maintenance and update of local accounting polices                                            
  • To provide support for internal and external audit, the maintenance and update of local accounting polices, and ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as requested

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business administration
  • 3~5 years of experience in accounting, financial closing and reporting, preferably in multinational companies
  • Sound knowledge in Accounting principles, e.g. US-GAAP, KR-GAAP or IFRS
  • Knowledge of internal controls framework and SoX
  • Knowledge of overall finance or management information systems (e.g., ERP)
  • Proficient in verbal/written English
  • Advanced skill in MS Office (Excel, PPT, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills
