Partner with the best  

As a MEAP Drill Bits Tender Manager, you will be responsible for: 

• Develop proposals, commercial submissions and mega-tenders
• Ensure deals deliver shareholder value; drive competitive pricing.
• Prepare for bid reviews and presentations
• May include compiling and submitting required tender documentation.
• Handles products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used.
• Sales processes require technical analysis and adaptation to client conditions.
• Manages complex commercial processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally. Technical, economical, logistical and financial aspects are involved in creating a proposal.
• Handles important commercial activities or NOCs and IOCs for a product line.

Fuel your passion

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
• Have at least 5 years of experience in drill bits
• Minimum of 2-3 additional years of experience in Proposals.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Demonstated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
• Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
• Established project management skills.
