FIS’ Capital Markets Services offers a full range of consulting, professional and managed services with a global reach.

Our team numbers circa 1,800 colleagues globally in a multitude of different global locations. We support an incredibly wide range of clients across the globe from Investment banks to Asset Managers. Our offerings range from standardized services to helping existing customers maximize their experience with FIS solutions to ad hoc services such as project management, business consulting and custom application development.

What you will be doing:

You will be working with the Capital Markets Services Support team and PS Leadership, supporting them to reach their business and revenue goals.

Conducting various types of research and analysis to support Consulting Services of an internal business segment, division, group or line of business. This position is focused on the creation and enhancement of Business Intelligence reporting and data automation with the freedom to adopt AI technology that can support critical business processes such as but not limited to:

• Performance KPIs, resource utilization and billability, time-to-market, capacity and productivity, price review/rate analysis,

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and run assigned reporting processes (daily, weekly, monthly, ad hoc) supporting activities (for services (PS) revenue.

• Extract, cleanse, and transform large datasets across multiple financial or consulting data sources.

• Present information to senior leadership that supports critical strategic decision making within Capital Markets and Professional Services (PS).

• Designing, documenting and re-engineering reporting processes, publishing results, prototyping and industrializing tools.

• Supporting internal projects/initiatives from a data perspective.

• Supporting the operation leads to provide variance reporting as well as data for further analysis.

• Performing special projects / initiatives upon request on occasion.

• Other related duties assigned as needed.

What you bring:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially sophisticated Excel skills required such as; Power Query, Power Pivot, pivot tables, multi layered formulas)

• Strong numerical reasoning and ability to interpret operational/financial datasets accurately.

• Excellent stakeholder management, comfortable engaging senior leaders or client-facing teams.

• Ability to work in a team and independently, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Fluent in English; Strong written and communication skills

• Adaptability, a drive to learn, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Exposure to project related data (effort and revenue, actuals and forecast) and translating business requirements into critical operational reporting.

Added bonus if you have:

• Previous exposure to a technical Business Analyst environment.

• Working with a business Intelligence tool / data visualization such PowerBI, or experience as a PMO for enterprise software with domain knowledge of project implementations.
