Description:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Rehabilitation team at Recovre. This role will be based in Brisbane. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

At Recovre, you’ll be part of a team that supports people to recover and return to health, work and life after injury or illness. As a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant, you’ll use your workplace rehabilitation experience to manage more complex matters, build trusted relationships with stakeholders and help deliver safe and sustainable outcomes for clients.

We will count on you to:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients and support them through their rehabilitation and return to work journey with care, structure and professionalism
  • Develop and implement rehabilitation plans that address barriers to return to work and support safe, sustainable outcomes
  • Build effective working relationships with clients, employers, insurers and other stakeholders to support positive rehabilitation outcomes
  • Conduct vocational and non-vocational assessments and use your findings to inform recommendations and next steps
  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to support clients with compensable and non-compensable injuries and illnesses
  • Contribute senior-level experience to team capability, collaboration and consistent service delivery

What you need to have:

  • Qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Osteopathy or Chiropractic
  • Current registration with AHPRA or ESSA, as applicable
  • Demonstrated senior-level experience in workplace rehabilitation, including managing a caseload in a similar role
  • A valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
