The Senior Business Analyst – PeopleTech, reporting to the Director Digital Transformation, P&C, creates and delivers scalable and impactful technology solutions to allow our People & Culture (HR) function. You will lead the implementation, integration and optimization of the HR technology stack according to the vision of the HR programmes, business processes and policy strategies. You will have deep process understanding of HR operations and be hands-on with the HRIS and ATS platforms. You will enhance projects, architect efficient processes, and provide direction across partners, and be a hands-on subject matter expert to solve complex challenges.

 

Responsibilities/What You'll Do:

  • Meet with business leaders, decision-makers, and end-users to understand problem statements and gather requirements.
  • Lead HRIS system related projects, enhancements, and process redesigns, coordinating schedules and actions across business and IT partners.
  • Partner with other teams to ensure that the project roadmap reflects priorities as projects and our needs change
  • Manage HR platforms with supporting data integrations and system authentication, ensuring system stability, security and privacy compliance, design for scale and expeditious resolution for issues.
  • Facilitate configuration evaluation and work to ensure, efficient use of each module, and use of technology
  • Develop detailed test plans, test scripts, and deliver a bug free solution.
  • Build detailed implementation plans including discovery, design, QA/test, deploy and support using agile methodologies
  • Use data to analyse issues, categorize defects and prioritize enhancement efforts
  • Respond to user questions/issues and implement new processes or improve existing ones.
  • Document processes and planned changes for both IT controls and business user and executive communications

Qualifications/Responsibilities:

  • Minimum of 8 year of IT industry experience in complete software development life cycle process including System Analysis, Process Design, Integration definition, Testing, Implementation and Documentation
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience on any HRIS platform such as Workday or SuccessFactor, and must have hands-on experience
  • Experience in Greenhouse and Dayforce and lead roll managing integrations and data migrations for 1+ HRIS platform installations
  • Experience of ATS and HCM business processes
  • Analyse problems and prioritize efforts
