About the Role

Your primary role will be to fuel the commercial growth and boost customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for a team that manages some of our largest customers in the region. It is expected that you use your experience and knowledge to support and coach the team. You will be pivotal in supporting ICIS’ strategic priorities, working alongside global cross-functional teams including Business Solution, Marketing, Product, Strategy, Consulting and Content.

Responsibilities

• Exceeding financial and wider business objectives.
• Creating a high-performance sales function that will differentiate ICIS via commercial excellence.
• Capturing market share and deliver customer value.
• Leading, developing, inspiring and motivating your team to deliver against business and team objectives.
• Applying resources into areas of best impact to execute on market strategy.
• Increasing both customer and employee satisfaction, engagement, mission impact, loyalty, innovation and revenue.
• Developing a deep understanding of customer workflow, market trends, opportunity and threats. 

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of leading high-performance sales teams working with complex accounts.
• Significant experience in commercial execution with large customers in the Chemical and Energy markets.
• Prove track record of driving growth to exceed financial and other business objectives in complex customer organizations. 
• Show examples working cross-functionally to create high performance organizations.
• Be well versed in creating and developing sales strategies to maximize go-to-market resource and execute against market opportunity. 
• Have experience of building comprehensive territory plans with growth opportunities and risks.
• Demonstrate extensive experience of C level commercial negotiations.
• Be passionate about a world-class customer experience.
• Prove track record of leading teams in value-based customer-centric buying methodologies and exceeding objectives and financial goals.
• Prove ability to identify, hire and develop high performing talent and managing under performance.
• Able to champion diversity and representation, as well as leading proactive succession planning and talent management to improve customer outcomes.
