Dirigir y promover el desarrollo de procesos y / o sistemas de producción eficientes y seguros, así como llevar un adecuado control de cambios que conlleven a la óptima ejecución de las operaciones de la planta manteniendo un alto grado de satisfacción del cliente.

Gestionar el proceso de mantenimiento para evitar el paro de líneas por fallas de los equipos, manteniendo los equipos en condiciones óptimas para cumplir con el programa de producción.

EXPERIENCIA REQUERIDA Y/O FORMACIÓN ACADÉMICA

ESCOLARIDAD/EDUCACIÓN: Carrera de Ingeniería

FORMACIÓN/EXPERIENCIA: 8 años en la Industria Automotriz en puesto similar

CONOCIMIENTOS TECNICOS:

-                  Interpretación de Dibujos y Normas

-                  Estándares de construcción de Edificios

-                  Estándares de construcción de Maquinaria

-                  Elaboración de Planes de Mantenimiento

-                  Conocimientos en Eléctrica, Electrónica, hidráulica, Mecánica, Soldadura y Neumática

-                  Conocimiento en procesos de soldadura por resistencia

-                  Conocimiento en prensas mecánicas e hidráulicas

-                  Conocimientos Robótica Fanuc/Nachi

-                  Admón. de mantenimiento preventivo, predictivo, correctivo

-                  Metrología Intermedia

-                  Conocimientos Soldadura MIG y por Resistencia.

-                  Conocimientos Controles de Soldadura Lincoln, TRW, Medar.

-                  Conocimientos Mig (torch mate, touch sensing)

-                  Conocimientos Spot welding tool

-                  Conocimientos Robot Fanuc-Nachi Handling tool.

-                  Conocimientos Arctool (Torch-Mate, touch sensing options)

-                  Conocimientos de control Medar y Centerline

-                Procedimientos, instrucciones y formatos del área que le apliquen
