Sales Operations Analyst:
Exp - 5-7yrs
Key Skill - Sales Operations , Sales force, Global Sales
Should have basic understanding of Sales Operations : e.g. Knowledge around Lead generation, Quoting, Opportunity Management, Renewals, Contract, Account & Territory Management.
Should have exposure to SFDC cases/tkt handling. e.g. Process and System gap identification and remediating.
Hands-on experience in working with SFDC support team/IT to get L1 fixes done immediately.
Experience in vetting the proposed process & system enhancements and should be able to approve/decline basis best judgement.
Should be comfortable working with Engg. Team/IT during enhancement release and efficiently performing the UAT and post production tests; getting bugs fixed on time and monitor the release.
Communication/Articulation : Should be proficient in written and spoken english. i.e. Confident in leading Sales Trainings and creating Trng content .e.g. creating detailed content on the released enhancements and confidently training the users
Experience in extracting various sales operations related reports.
Agile Scrum training is an added advantage (so that they understand the concept around User Stories, Acceptance Criteria etc)
