Summary Section:
We're seeking a dynamic individual with proficiency in P&ID design using CAD technologies, specifically Smart Plant P&ID, AVEVA PID’s with an understanding of its database functionality, to join our team. The position requires a balance of technical skills, teamwork, and administrative duties to support project success and client satisfaction.

**This is a direct contract role with an initial duration of 1 year and the possibility of extension based on business requirements and performance.**

Responsibilities:

  • Drafting/Checking of Process P&IDs, UFDs, and MSDs as per client and project specifications
  • Understanding of symbology & client specifications
  • Ensure data accuracy between SPPID database and drawings
  • Clearing team members drafting queries
  • Coordinate with process Engineers to align with project standard
  • Perform quality checks and revisions (HQC & SQC)
  • Support reviews and incorporate client comments
  • Understanding of symbology & client specifications
  • Experience with data-driven design (SPPID workflows)
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Exposure to client standards and project deliverables
  • SQC – Line List/Valve List & Instrument List Checking & updating the errors
  • Report generation & fixing the errors if any
  • Report works progress, timelines, and deadlines to CAD Manager
  • Apply understanding of project scope and timelines when performing CAD QAQC (Quality Assurance/Quality Control) tasks.
  • Enhance and refine documentation processes for various P&ID QAQC procedures.

Qualifications including Required Education, Experience, & Skills:

  • A minimum of 10-15 years of experience as a SPPID Designer with database knowledge
  • Hands on experience: SPPID, AutoCAD, Aveva PID’s & MicroStation
