Summary:
As a Program or Project Management Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the comprehensive delivery of programs or projects to ensure alignment with business objectives. This role requires defining the scope of projects clearly and continuously monitoring the progress of deliverables to maintain quality and timeliness. The position demands active communication with various stakeholders to manage expectations, address challenges, and ensure successful outcomes. The role is dynamic, involving coordination across different teams and adapting to evolving project needs to drive overall success.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution phases to ensure project milestones are met effectively.
- Facilitate clear communication channels among stakeholders to promote transparency and alignment.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Primavera EPPM.
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management within Oracle Primavera EPPM.
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing complex project timelines.
- Ability to analyze project data and generate insightful reports to support decision-making.
- Skilled in identifying potential project risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Competence in integrating project management tools with organizational processes to enhance efficiency.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Primavera EPPM.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
