• 免疫試薬の市場拡大のための戦略・戦術の立案と実行/Develop and execute strategies and tactics to expand the market for IA reagents

• 新規試薬の検討、発売に向けての戦略立案・プロジェクトマネジメント/Develop strategies and manage project for launch of new reagents.

• 現行製品における製品管理/Product management for current reagents.

• 需要予測/Demand forecasting

• 製品トラブルに対する対応Handle product problems

• KOLとのリレーション構築・学会活動の検討/Build relationships with KOLs and drive academic activities.

• 売上計画の立案とPDCAサイクルをベースとした業務の改善、マネジメント向けの報告/Sales planning and operational improvement based on the PDCA cycle, reporting to management.

• ビジネス推進のためのグローバルチームとの連携/Collaboration with global teams to promote business.

Required Skill & Expertise & Industry& Education & Qualifications: もとめるスキル

＜必須/Essential＞

• 生物化学分野における基本的な知識および当該分野の国内市場における営業・マーケティング・学術などに関連する経験が5年以上あること/Basic knowledge in the field of biochemistry and at least 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, academics, etc. in Japan.

• 新規試薬の上市およびクロスファンクショナルなプロジェクトマネジメント経験が最低1つ以上あること/At least one experience in launching new reagents and managing cross-functional projects.

• .PPT/Excelを活用し、効果的な分析とわかりやすい資料（戦略資料・マネジメント/営業向けプレゼン）作成を行えること/Ability to use PPT/Excel effectively to analyze data and to create easy-to-understand materials (strategy materials and presentations for management/sales)

• 英語力（ビジネスレベル：目安TOEIC 800点、英語での電話会議・プレゼンテーション・ディスカッションができること）/Business level English skill (TOEIC score of 800 or higher / ability to lead conference calls, discussions, and deliver presentations in English).

＜望ましい/Desirable＞

• 複数プロダクトの責任者として、事業計画・戦略の立案と実行を一通り経験したことがあること/Experience in planning and executing business strategies/plans as a person in charge of multiple products.

• 中長期のIVD領域戦略立案をリードした経験/Experience leading mid- to long-term strategy planning in IVD field.
