At Databricks, we have built the most capable platform for data teams to leverage AI and analytics to put their organization’s data to use. Our ambition is to enable everyone, including those outside traditional data-specialist roles, to be able to do the same.You will be the product manager for leading the charge to make the Lakehouse simple to use for non-technical users. This includes evolving our existing experiences within Databricks Intelligence Platform to leverage technical innovations such as large language models (LLMs), and also creating new surfaces to democratize access to data and insights. You will coordinate all product activities from vision to implementation, including engaging large enterprise customers to understand their needs, developing long-term product strategy, defining product roadmaps, working with engineering to build those products, and coordinating with multiple internal stakeholders (both pre- and post-launch) to ensure product success.

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks utilizes the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.
