Your Opportunity at Arc’teryx:
As the Product Manager, Merchandising & Product Lifecycle Technology, you will be responsible for owning the complete product lifecycle of a technology product, to enable Merchant, Design & Product Creation teams to create the best products & assortments for the mountain athlete. Your responsibilities include delivering the strategic product roadmap from discovery, design, vendor selection, delivery, and support. You lead through influence of a cross-functional agile product squad to create and execute the 12–18 month roadmap. and oversee budget and resource allocation, You will be responsible for a product's lifecycle from cradle to grave working closely with business stakeholders, development teams and/or vendors. This includes responsibility for the management of the product backlog, resourcing, work intake & prioritization, process alignment and issue resolution.

The Merchandising and Product Lifecycle Technology team is within the Technology department and is responsible for the strategy and ongoing development of Arc’teryx’s Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) platform (Centric).
Our team builds and supports the systems that help turn Arc’teryx product ideas into real products, from early concept through sourcing and delivery. We connect merchandising, design, development, and supply chain so the right information moves with the product at every stage. Put simply, we help make sure great product ideas become great Arc’teryx products at scale.
