Job Description:

  • Supervise the onboarding of agents by handling licensing procedures, checking documentation, drafting agreement and financing packages.
  • Support the supervisor in implementing digital transformation projects to boost the department's efficiency.

Preferred skills

  • Over 5 years of experience in handling agent's contracting and licensing processes.
  • Proficiency in written English and Chinese.
  • Effective at guiding teams and fostering robust, positive working relationships.
  • Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail and meticulous
  • Excellent team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Business or relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years in insurance industry, with experience in working with agency recruitment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the new agent onboarding process in accordance with various guidelines, including file assessments, preparation of agency contracts, system updates, and explaining contracts to the new recruits during contract signing.
  • Handle HKIA & MPFA registration processes, including new applications, cancellations, renewals and Annual CPD, following respective regulatory guidelines.
  • Update the Guidelines and the recruitment workflow as required from time to time.
  • Support ad hoc projects assigned by the supervisor as deemed necessary.
  • Analyze existing recruitment workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
