Sales Operations Analysts are responsible for the operational support of IQVIA Account Managers & Principals to ensure successful Lead to Order opportunity management throughout the sales cadence process.
Essential Functions
• Timely and accurate management of Salesforce opportunities (BNF, Credit Memo, Updating of Stages and Forecast Category, Adding/Updating of Products and Revenue Allocation, etc.)
• Assisting in the templates for Statements of Work and initial CLM submissions
• Lead to Order Management of PSA (Pricing Assistants for Resource Hours and Budgets, Creating Projects and assigning PIC & PM)
• Coordinate securing of pricing support and audit required documentation
• Support in strategic planning of business pipeline with Account Managers/PICs
• Cross- team collaboration (Contracting, Finance, Sales, etc.) to ensure smooth processing of opportunities
• Maintain the team’s repository making sure information is up to date
• Ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed
