The KLA Services team headquartered in Milpitas, CA is our service organization that consists of Service Sales and Marketing, Spares Supply Chain management, Field Operations, Engineering, Product Training, and Technical Support. The KLA Services organization partners with our field teams and customers in all business sectors to maintain the high performance and productivity of our products through a flexible portfolio of services. Our comprehensive services include: proactive management of tools to identify and improve performance; expertise in optics, image processing and motion control with worldwide service engineers, 24/7 technical support teams and knowledge management systems; and an extensive parts network to ensure worldwide availability of parts.

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

1. Revenue and Settlement Management

Manage sales data and perform settlement-related activities.

• Issue tax invoices
• Enter and manage sales data
• Handle customer settlements and accounts receivable (AR) management

2. Customer Support

Respond to customer inquiries and process customer requests.

• Handle inquiries via phone and email
• Receive customer requests and coordinate with internal teams
• Manage customer complaints and feedback

3. Order and Procurement Management

Manage sales orders and purchase orders for products and services.

• Prepare and maintain quotations and contracts
• Process and register purchase orders
• Monitor order fulfillment and delivery schedules

4. Operations Administrative Support

Provide administrative support to facilitate Operations activities.

• Coordinate meeting schedules and prepare meeting minutes
• Enter and maintain data in the CRM system
• Manage customer equipment and asset information

5. Sales Documentation Management

Create, maintain, and organize sales-related documents.

• Prepare sales reports and performance data
• Manage proposals, contracts, and other sales documents
• Maintain document filing and sharing systems
