The Opportunity

This position works out of our Imazium Damansara Uptown location in the Abbott Vascular (AV) division. As a Supply Chain Executive, you will serve as the primary link between the company, Service Provider (4PL) and customers.

What You’ll Do

• Coordination of logistics.
• Inventory control & consignment stock count reconcilliations.
• Processing & monitoring 4PL meets required KPI standards (replenishment of stock/ used product updates/ following with PO on billing).
• Addressing & resolving issues e.g. delays, quality problems or disruptions.
• Maintain full compliance with corporate Finance, Compliance, Regulatory and Quality policies, maintaining all Customer Service & Inventory management records.
• Oversee entire Supply Chain activities in Malaysia, ensuring timely delivery as per customer/ sales needs.
• Other related tasks/ projects from time to time.

Required Qualifications/ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field.
• Basic cath lab/ product knowledge
• Organized & good planning skills
• Computer spreadsheet skills (Advanced Excel Pivot, Macro & SAP)
